The professional services included in the Pallet
Kraftpass was built by a German public auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and a data engineer. The Pallet therefore contains not just software but the audit that merchants above the thresholds need every year.
The completeness declaration is confirmed by an independent professional registered with the ZSVR from our partner channel. Kraftpass prepares and delivers the working papers; audit and software operation stay separate. Kraftpass does not replace legal advice.
- Yearly audit and confirmation of the completeness declaration under § 11 VerpackG, including filing with the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR).
- Onboarding review of the data set after the first import: quantity derivation, B2B/B2C split, material mapping.
- Yearly plausibility review of declarations of conformity and supplier evidence before the season, with a written result.

- What counts as a packaging unit?
- A packaging template in the register, i.e. a combination of components and materials that gets its own EU declaration of conformity. Products that share a template do not count separately. Products are unlimited in every package.
- What happens after the trial?
- Every new account uses the Package in full for 14 days, no payment details required. Then you choose a package. Without a choice the organization becomes read-only; generated PDFs stay downloadable and no data is deleted.
- How is it billed?
- By invoice, yearly in advance or monthly. All prices are net of VAT. The Pallet is yearly only because the audit service refers to a calendar year.
- Can I switch packages?
- Upwards at any time, the difference is charged pro rata. Downwards at the end of the term, provided your data fits the limits of the smaller package.
- Do advisors pay?
- No. Auditors and tax advisors invited by a client work free of charge with read access and export. Advisor access is included from the Package upwards.
- Who audits the completeness declaration in the Pallet?
- An independent professional registered with the ZSVR from our partner channel. Kraftpass delivers quantity derivation, evidence status and audit log as the working paper; the confirmation itself stays separate from operating the software.
- Does Kraftpass replace legal advice?
- No. Kraftpass provides orientation with references to the relevant articles of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and the German Packaging Act (VerpackG). For individual questions consult your legal advisor.
